Jentry's 1 year Stats and a story to never forget!!!

Monday we took Jentry in for her 1 year appointment. She is just a tiny little thing. At 1 year she weighs in at 13 pounds 12 oz, and is 27 inches long!!! We had to see a new Dr this time around and He wasn't used to how small my kids are, so he seemed a little concerned. I had to reassure him that all my kids have been this small and that she would be okay. I told him that I had all the paper work from her past appointments that showed that she is just small. He asked if I would bring them in. I ran home and brought them right back. He looked at them and said yep she is just small and is right on track for her. So that was good. We are trying to at least get her in the 5th percentile. But boy does that girl eat!!! She isn't lacking in the eating and food department.

Here is what little one likes at 1 year:
Favorite food: Any baby food and she loves fruit loops.
Favorite Friend: Mommy, If she is around she only wants her
Favorite thing to do: Play with everything she isn't supposed to. (Like poopy diapers)
Such a fun little girl to have around!!!


On a different note. This morning she woke up around 5:30 to eat, and I noticed she had a poopy diaper. I hurry and changed it and set it on the changing table and went and fed her. I put her down to sleep again and she woke up around 7:45 I went in to get her and the little stinker had gotten the dirty diaper off the changing table and yes folks you guessed it, she ate a bite out of her poop. It was soooo gross. I don't think she liked it much because she only had eaten a tiny bit but I found it stuck behind her little front tooth and just about died!!! Oh man you have to watch her like crazy these day!! She is into everything.

Jentry's 1st Birthday Party!!

Sunday we had Jentry's birthday party!! We had all of Bryan's and my family over for Hawaiian haystacks and cake and ice cream. Aunt Squirt came through again with making 2 awesome cakes. One crown cake to go along the princess theme and another little one just for Jentry to dig into!!! She was so funny with her little cake. She would just stick her little finger very lightly in the cake getting a tiny bit of frosting, but with the help of Cousin Ashlyn who stuffed it in her face she got a little bit more into it, not much but a little. She did like the frosting a lot!!!  She wasn't quite sure how to unwrap presents, in fact she was more interested in poking her little cousin Juliet in the face (She loves Juliet). But I helped her and she did seem to like all the toys she got! She was spoiled rotten and got so many cute outfits and fun toys.  Bryan had made her a video but with all the action going on around the house we forgot to show it. I love how Bryan takes time to make these 1 year videos of our kids so we have the memories!! He is such a great dad!! It was a fun day and Jentry just likes to be around people, so it made her day. She was a little sick with a nasty eye and nose cold, so sorry about some snotty pictures. We love you Jentry!!

Happy 1st Birthday to my baby girl!!!

Today is Jentry's 1st Birthday!!! I can't believe that it has been a year since she was born. She is such a good baby and is so much fun these days!! She loves her mama and I love her!!! She is spoiled rotten by her brother, sister and daddy as well. She always has someones full attention. She makes us laugh and she loves to show off!! She is such a blessing in our life and we are thankful that Heavenly Father Sent her to our family!! Happy Birthday Jentry we love you very much!!!

Playing in the snow with Dad!!

The past two snow storms have been the worst we have had this winter. They brought a lot of snow and finally the kids got to go out and play in the snow. Instead of building regular snowman the kids wanted to make a snow frog and snow cat (not sure I can see a cat, but that is what Maelie wanted). They played out in the snow for hours with Bryan and they had a blast!! Parker and Dad even had a snow ball fight that Parker loved!!! He had so much fun. Infact for the next few days he would put his snow stuff on and go out and play by himself for hours. It was so nice to finally after all winter to get some decent snow to play in. But I am ready for spring so bring it on!!!
