Maelie Graduates from pre school

Maelie has been going to Aunt Sand pre school for the past 2 years. Can I tell you it is the BEST preschool ever!! She had the best teacher Miss Sandra, Mrs. Thompson (1st year of preschool) and Mrs. Jensen. Can I tell you that this little girl love love loved preschool. She would ask me everyday is it preschool day today? It was also nice this year because she got to go to school with her Best friend Gracie and her other really good friend Maci was in her class too. Her teachers were great and showed so much love for the kids. Well for preschool graduation they put on a huge production where all the kids sing 2 solos and do a bunch of back of sining and performing!! Every single one of the kids in her class got up and did their part, even the really shy ones.  It was by far the cutest program I had ever seen!! I laughed and cried and just had a great time. Maelie was Anastasia and Jessie from toy story. She sang her little heart out!! I had such a proud mama moment!! She loved every minute of it. In fact her teacher said she knew everyones parts and was ready to fill in if any of them weren't there. Miss Sandra said that she thinks Maelie secretly hoped someone didn't come so she could do their part!! It was such a great way to end her preschool years.

Last official day of preschool

My Maelie turns 5!!

May 8th my baby Maelie turned 5 years old. Where did the time go? I can't believe that she is going to be in kindergarten this next school year. This year wasn't a friend party so we had a family get together. I let her do what she wanted that day so she chose to go to lunch at McDonald and since the family couldn't get together the night Bryan and I took the kids to the aquarium and to dinner! The next night we all met at Chick fil a, or chick cha lay is what she calls it and had some dinner. We then came back to our house for cup cakes that of course her aunt squirt made. They were so cute and she loved them! She got spoiled rotten and we had an awesome two days of partying!! I love this little girl.

Some thing about Maelie at age 5:

She loves everything pink and purple

She loves being with friends

She loved pre school and would go everyday if she could

She is not a picky eater

She is small for her age only 7th percentile for weight and 9th for height

She is a sweet sweet girl and loves to help with everything, from cooking to cleaning to whatever you need or want her to do. 

She loves her sister and loves to play house with her

She is a girly girl and loves to play in her room for hours with all of her dolls, squinkys, little people etc.

I love this little girl and I feel so blessed to be her mom!!

RSL Soccer game

Bryan took the kids to a RSL game on our pass of all passes. It was a bit cold but the kids loved it! They got there early because I had to go to work and I dropped them off so they had a good time getting treats and taking pictures! They love to go to things with their daddy! They did get so cold they walked across the street to the movie theater to wait for me, so they took some more pictures!

Jentry loves her cousins and friends. She especially loves her cousin Juliet!! They can be the best of friends and the worst of friends, but they always get excited to see each other. Jentry thinks that she is the mother of all kids her size and smaller and she tries to tell them what they have to do. She is so funny!! Whenever Grayson is around she has to hold him and won't let anyone near him!! Here are a few pictures of her with Juliet, Scarlett and Grayson.

The aquarium

I took the kids to the aquarium for the first time in over a year. I decided it would be nice to get a pass this year so we had more things to do and to get out of the house more. We had a really good time and it was the first time I had taken them with just us. We looked at everything and played on everything and touched everything we could. I love spending time with my kids learning about new things.

Easter

Once again we had a really good Easter. We had a fun easter egg hunt at my mom on Sat and then we went to Bryan's house for sunday dinner and another fun easter hunt. Grandma Jan did all money with a stuffed animal and Grandma Jeri did all sorts of fun toys and candy for the kids!! On Sunday Jentry was not in a good  mood and wouldn't let me take a picture of all the kids in their Easter outfits. She refused to look at the camera. She is a little stinker. It was such a great Easter Service at church and a fun day with family. ( I am not sure where all my egg hunt pictures went so if I find them I will post them).
