Island Park

We just got home from our fun trip with Bryan's family to Island Park. We had such a good time. This time around we borrowed Bryan's works RV. It was so nice. I don't think I can ever camp without it again. It took Bryan some getting used to driving it but after our long trip he is now a pro!!! We had a lot of fun fishing, relaxing, reading, eating, and watching the kids play in the dirt!!! Maelie was in Heaven. She loves to be outside and loves to play in the dirt. Parker also had a good time riding his bike, playing football and sleeping in the " car house". It was nice to have the RV to give the kids a shower at the end of each day. The whole time we were there Parker would tell us he wanted to see a moose really bad. Well the lucky boy got to see one in the river right below our camp the night before we left (my camera ran out of batteries so I don't have a picture if my mother in law sends me one I will post it). That made his day and trip. We also got to bring Zoiee with us and she loved it. She loved going in the river and being with the other dogs. On our way home from Island Park we stopped and visited Bear World. It was so awesome and Parker loved it. He was like "Mom I really really really like this place". It was fun seeing so many bears and animals just roaming around your car. One bear almost got up on Bryan's window but since we had borrowed the RV he thought it wouldn't be the best Idea and put the gas on a little to scare him away. It was a lot of fun and can't wait until our next Island Park trip.

Funny story about the petting zoo part of Bear world. There was this little black boy around 5 or 6 that came up to Parker and said the following. (warning a bad word is used but had to share the story)

Boy: Hey do you know why that mama deer is fenced in with all her baby deer?

Parker: No

Boy: Because if you got near her babies she would kick your A**

Boy: Well not kick you A** But hurt you really bad.

Las Vegas baby!!!

I know that this is really late, but in June my College roommates and I spent a weekend in Las Vegas. We had so much fun!!! I have never eaten so much ( I only ate at in-and-out burger 4 times in one weekend) and laughed so much. We would also stay up late and play games like the good old days in College. It was so much fun to be with them (We missed you Erica). We shopped, hung out at the pool, Went to the awesome show KA and ate a lot of yummy food. It is so much fun to be with them and I can't wait until next time!!!

Bear Lake

Once again we had our annual Bear Lake Reunion with My side of the family. This has to be one of my favorite trips. It is so relaxing!!! Up until our trip Maelie has not been to fond of the water. Well at Bear Lake we couldn't keep her out. She loved it!!! She also loved to play in the sand for hours. She was happy and content to just sit and play. Parker loved playing with his cousins. He told me that he wanted Bear lake to be our new home so we can live with our cousins. We had such an awesome time!!! It is always nice to be with family!!! I love my siblings sooo much!!! We played at the beach, played games, ate a ton of food and just had a great time. It was fun being able to see my Grandma Parker and to visit with her. We just love her so much and she is such an Awesome Lady!!! It was also fun to see my aunts and uncles along with my cousins!!! I love Bear Lake and can't wait for next years reunion!!!
