Valentines Day

Valentines day was good. We didn't really do anything fantastic, but it was still a good day. Bryan got me the funnest game, apples to apples. I love it. I got Bryan The office, five crown (a game),a play station game and a bunch of candy . He loved it. But for the rest of my valentines present Bryan took me to Johnson's Mill (a bed an breakfast) last weekend. It was so nice. It was the first time that we had ever left Parker. But it was a nice get away and I couldn't have asked for a better present. Thanks Honey. Instead of going to dinner for valentines day we had dinner at home with my mom and dad. We had steak and chicken and it was so good. Bryan and I went out to dinner our very first valentines day together and it was a joke, so we vowed we would never do that again. So ever since then we just stay home and have a nice dinner. I actually really enjoy it more anyway. Well I tried to take a few pictures of Parker on valentines day but he didn't really hold still but here are a few of him and also a few of him with the little baby I babysite Carson.

Another day at the hospital/Superbowl/Jazz game

Yesterday Parker started throwing up as soon as he got up and he kept on throwing up every half hour or so. It was really bad. By mid afternoon he wasn't acting like himself and would just lay there and not move. I called the Doctor to see what was going on. The nurse asked me a few questions and came to the conclusion that he was dehydrated. She told me to run him to Primary Childrens to get him some fluids. Man can I tell you, that place is crazy. There we so many people their. But they were really fast with getting him in. Sure enough he was dehydrated and they had to give him a bag of fluid. We were at the hospital for over 4 hours trying to get him to feel better. While we were waiting to get in a room he happened to throw up all over me and it looked like I had wet my pants. It was a good thing he only had liquid in him or that would have been horrible. I felt so bad for him. We could only give him a teaspoon of pedialite at a time and he would freak out wanting more. I was so sad for him. He wanted a drink so bad. It was a long stressful day. Today he is doing a bit better. He dosen't really want to eat, but he at least he has kept fluids down today. He also spent most of the day sleeping so that was good for him. I am just ready for all this sickness to be done and over with. But other than being sick he is so much fun. And he is talking up a storm and I love to listen to him everyday. Well that is about all that is going on with us. Oh yeah since his surgery my baby sleeps through the night!!!!! Oh I never thought this day would come, but it is here and I am excited!!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah I forgot to post the pictures from the superbowl. We didn't really care who won the game but we chose to cheer for the Bears. The reason being is that Bryan's sister Sara was cheering for the Colts and we wanted to cheer against her. To bad we chose the wrong team. Here are some cute pictures.
Also here is a picture of Bryan and I at the Jazz game against the spurs. It was a good game and we had a really good time.

Parkers Surgery

Parker got tubes put in his ears on Tuesday. We had to be there at 6:30 a.m. So we had to get up early!!!! It was a really fast process. The whole process from when the Dr. Took him in to when we got to see him again was 10 minutes. They did have to put him under so I was a little nervous about that but he did really well. He did have a hard time coming out of it. He just cried and cried. But once we gave him a drink he was a lot more happy!!!! The Dr. Said it was really good that we did this, because he had a ton of mucus sitting in his ears and that is why we can't ever get rid of his ear infections. SoI am glad we decided to get this done for him. That whole day that he had his surgery his ears bled, but they are doing a lot better and he is back to his same old self. Here are a few pictures we took at the hospital.

I love this last picture of him in his little gown. The one with him crying is when he got out of surgery. The rest of them are before. The very first picture (the one with Bryan holding him) is after they gave him medicine so that he would get calm for the surgery. He was so tired he couldn't stand anymore. He did so good and we are really proud of him. We love him very much!!!!
