Sometimes Jentry gets lost in the shuffle of things with all the kids activities. I totally forgot to post her 9 month stats even though she is now 10 months old (better late than never). At 9 months she weighed in at 13 pounds 1 ounce, 26 inches long and I can't remember her head circumference. She is just a tiny little thing. She still doesn't crawl, but is starting to try and get up on her knees!! She now has 5 teeth that have come through, but a bunch more ready to come any day now!! She was the best sleeper for about 8 months and then wanted to be up a ton at night. She finally sleep trained her mama. Come to find out at about 8 months she started crying in her sleep and I would just rush in to feed her back to sleep. Well Bryan got sick a few weeks ago and we had to run the humidifier in our room and I couldn't hear her (unless she was screaming) and she amazingly slept through the night, and has been for over 2 weeks now. So it wasn't her it was me the whole time!!! Wish I would have figured that out a long time ago!! She loves to wave and can say mama and dada. She also loves to copy what we do. If we sick our tongue out at her, she sticks it out at us, if we make a noise she tries to do it too. She is so fun and such a happy baby!! I can't believe that she will be 1 in 2 months. Time really does fly and it makes me sad. I try my hardest to enjoy every minute with her and all my kids. If you blink they will be grown. I love my little Jentry!

Christmas
Christmas this year was so nice. I loved that we were able to celebrate the birth of the Savior on a Sunday. Christmas eve we spent with Bryan's moms family. It was nice to see everyone and enjoy each others company. The had an awesome meal then the women and kids played Just Dance 3 and the men played pool. We always have a good time and enjoy being around each other. That night we also opened up Christmas Jammie's and then all the kids slept in Jentry's room They were so excited for Christmas.
We had Church at 9 so we talked to the kids about the true meaning of Christmas and that before we even looked at what Santa brought us we were going to church. They were actually okay with the idea and didn't even ask to see what he brought. Church was so nice. I truly felt the true meaning of Christmas sitting in the chapel with my little family and listening to the choir sing and listening to the wonderful talks. It was an awesome way to start our Christmas.
Each year before we open gifts from Santa, Bryan and I give our kids what we call a Jesus gift. We first sit down watch the Nativity and talk about why we celebrate Christmas and then they open their Jesus gift. This year we got each of them a picture of Christ to put in their room. It is just a really nice way to start or Christmas off.
Then it was on to see what Santa brought us. Santa spoiled the kids this year. They got almost everything on their list (next year Santa is going to chill out a bit, Santa just gets so excited and can't control herself, but has now learned that she needs to.) They were so excited about every little thing including clothes!! It made all the madness of Christmas shopping worth it!! I love love seeing my kids faces light up. Maelie loved Christmas so much she now prays every night that she loves Jesus and Santa!!! Maelie's big and fun present this year was a big doll house!! She loved it!! Parker's was a 3ds, boy was he excited!! They got a bunch of games, doll, Squinkies (a ton of these) and clothes. What a Christmas it was. Bryan's big present this year was New Carpet on the stairs and mine was an I Pad. Bryan and I got the kids a motorized car to drive around outside. They love it!! We made a haul this year!! What a fun time of year!! I am so glad that we as a family took a little more time to remember the true meaning of Christmas this year. I think Parker even had the true meaning of Christmas in his heart. He was adamant on letting people know the real reason we celebrate Christmas. He is such a sweet kid!! I love the Savior and I hope and pray everyday that my children will gain a testimony of Him that I have!!!
That afternoon we went and spent some time with my family!! I forgot my camera so I didn't get any pictures. We had a blast. We ate our traditional Christmas dinner sukiyaki!!! It was so dang good. We opened presents and played games!!! We had a good time. We always enjoy being together!!
