Temple Square lights!!

We had planned to take the kids to temple square to see the lights. At the last minute Bryan was offered Jazz tickets in the lower bowl so he and I jumped on that opportunity. So Grandma Jeri, Grandpa Kevin, Sara and Chad took the kids (minus Jentry she went with other grandma and grandpa)!! It was really cold, but the kids loved it and had a great time. They love spending time with Grandma's and Grandpa's and Aunt's and Uncles. Thanks for taking the kids for us!!!

Hardware Ranch

We had the fun opportunity go to Hardware Ranch with Bryan's Sister Sara and her husband Chad. I hadn't been since I was a kid and Bryan had never been. It was a fun little adventure!! The drive was a little longer than we had expected, but it was so much fun to see all the Elk and do little activities with the kids. The kids thought it was really cool!! The cool thing is that all the Elk at the Ranch are wild and come down to the Ranch in the winter for food. There wasn't as many as they usually have because there hasn't been that much snow. The more snow the more Elk that come searching for food. We can't wait to go back sometime when there is a ton of snow and see the Big Elk!!!

Maelie's First Dance Recital!!!

Maelie had her first dance recital this past week. They have so many dancers that they get to do it two nights in a row!!! She LOVED it!! She was so excited and couldn't wait to get on stage with her friends. Let me tell you that little girl melted my heart!!! She did such a good job and knew the dance so well!!! I was so proud of her!!!  I think we found her passion in life. She now dances everywhere she goes and she loves to show people her dance. She has the Best Dance teacher and teachers assistant, Miss Sara and Miss Lexi!! The only stressful thing about the whole Dance recital was putting on her lip stick. It literally took me 30 minutes to get it right. She has such small lips she looked like a clown every time I would put it on. By night 2 I had it mastered and it took me a few second to apply the lipstick. Who knew that would be my biggest stress.  Maelie can't wait until January when she starts up again!!! Love this girl and love watching her get her groove on!!

 Look how excited she is!!!

Parker's Kindergarten Christmas Program

Parker had his Christmas program for kindergarten and it was so fun. I went to this elementary school and the funny thing is they sang almost all the same songs I did when I was in kindergarten. That made it so much more fun. He was so cute and did such a good job I could hear him loud and clear. I love watching my kids perform, It makes me so proud!!! He had all the songs down and even learned to sing a few in a different language. I love this boy!! I can't believe how time flies by next thing I know he will be graduating for High School!! But for now I will cherish the fun memories I have with him daily!!!

He is the short little boy in the very back row!!!
